Our stay was unforgettable, with friendly staff making every effort to surprise us, including delightful birthday celebrations for our daughter. The spacious room featured modern amenities, and the beach access provided tranquility and beauty despite occasional noise. Dining options were excellent, with amazing experiences at Blue Jade restaurant. A truly special getaway overall.

The pools are amazing, especially the kids' slide pool. We loved the beach library and the giant beach with water sports!

The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai is beautifully decorated, offering elegant spaces that are welcoming and comfortable for seniors. Its lush gardens and accessible pathways made it easy to navigate, allowing me to enjoy my stay fully without stress.

More shaded areas at the pool would be helpful.

We had an amazing time enjoying the family pools with the kids and relaxing at the adults-only pool with a great ambiance. The spa offers fantastic massages and a soothing steam room to unwind after a busy day. It would’ve been nice if the pool stayed open a bit later, but we’ll definitely be back for more family fun! 🌴

the ritz-carlton is truly a gem! our ocean deluxe room had breathtaking views, and breakfast at the caravan was a highlight, thanks to the amazing staff like win and hnin. the wellness service, including a gentle feet exfoliation and full body massage, was pure bliss. we also loved the private beach and various pools.

We had a great time with friends! The educational programs for younger guests were engaging, focusing on Land, Water, Culture, and Environmental Responsibilities. We enjoyed the pop-up party, celebrating London’s diverse cuisines. The beach and pool facilities were fantastic, but the wait times at breakfast could be improved.

Check-in chaos!!! The room sizes are exaggerated, leaving much to be desired. It's frustrating to deal with strange room layouts and frequent plumbing issues!!! Next time, please address the lingering leftover items from previous guests!!!

Excellent hotel with great amenities like beach access, outdoor swimming pool, and fitness center. During my first stay, the staff were so kind to my elderly parents. I'll be back for my next trip!

The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Notably, Erika at reception ensured our check-in was seamless, making us feel welcomed right away.

While the overall experience was fantastic, the layout of the pools could be better organized.

The room was spacious and had a lovely layout. The balcony view of the garden was amazing. Super clean and equipped with smart systems for curtains and lighting. Cleaned multiple times a day, which was a nice touch. We really enjoyed the little surprises from the hotel too.
